About The Position

The Maintenance Team Lead will:Responsible for all Maintenance functions within the plant. Supervise maintenance workers in electrical and mechanical work skills. Responsible for scheduled and emergency work assignments, direct supervision while work is being performed and follow up to ensure quality and completeness of work performed. Responsible for monitoring labor and material costs.Coordinate and assign work to craftsman.Prioritize machine repairs and assign to respective techniciansEnsure proper communication between Production and Maintenance departments.Monitor spare parts usage and continuous improvement of part usage and cost.Monitor and improve the plants mean time to repair (MTTR).Ensure proper shift to shift communications and complete maintenance reports.Conduct safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Provide training assistance and feedback to time performance evaluations.Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Plant Engineer.Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitoredNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.

Requirements

  • AAS Degree in a technical field preferred or High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of supervisory experience in Industrial Maintenance required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical or electrical factory floor troubleshooting experience in manufacturing.
  • Supervisor training course.
