About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor I position is located in Navasota, TX, within the Pack Unit of the Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Logistics Division. This role involves overseeing maintenance and repair activities related to diesel or gas-burning equipment and farm implements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in maintenance and repair, particularly with farm equipment. The selected candidate must obtain a current Environmental Protection Agency approved Type 609 Universal Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Certification within six months of employment. The role is eligible for a $5,000 recruiting bonus for newly hired full-time employees.
