As a Maintenance Support Team Member, you play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and remains clean, safe, and well-stocked. Your work behind the scenes allows our team to serve guests with excellence while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Requirements

Must have at least 30 hours of availability per week
Must be available to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable performing physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support food preparation and service
Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house trash receptacles, including timely removal and replacement
Perform regular cleaning of the parking lot, sidewalks, and exterior areas to create a welcoming environment
Perform regular cleaning of interior back and front of house spaces including men's and women's restrooms using proper cleaning techniques (i.e. mopping floors, sweeping floors, using proper safety signage)
Restock back-of-house supplies (cleaning products, paper goods, etc.) and front-of-house items (condiments, napkins, straws, cups)
Assist with restocking food items and dry goods in kitchen and storage areas
Support food safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with Chick-fil-A guidelines
Work efficiently with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
Proactively identify and complete tasks that keep both front and back of house safe, clean, and organized
