About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor at RAM Partners, LLC is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team to ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property. This role involves managing staff, performing inspections, and ensuring that maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and safety within the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
