About The Position
Fogelman is interviewing experienced Maintenance Supervisors for Deca Camperdown Apartments located in Greenville, SC. This 217-unit community is seeking an experienced working Maintenance Supervisor that can oversee maintenance for the property. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years as a working supervisor and minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, is EPA certified, strong with plumbing and appliance repairs, is highly organized, energetic and possesses strong overall maintenance skills. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures all maintenance service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner, inspects grounds, buildings and other community features as required to minimize liability concerns and manages the turn-key operations. This role is responsible for direct supervision of the maintenance team, working with vendors in scheduling work, and managing the supply order process.
