About The Position

Envolve Community Management LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Saint Lukes Apartments. The Supervisor needs to be HVAC & EPA Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties with experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections and carpentry. The supervisor must have experience leading a maintenance team. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Requirements

• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed.
• Available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Responsibilities

• Directing other staff members.
• Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Performing wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Completing other duties as assigned.
