About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor at Sandyplace Apartment Homes is responsible for leading the maintenance team, ensuring the upkeep of the apartment community, and managing various maintenance tasks. This role involves overseeing general maintenance repairs, safety issues, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction projects. The supervisor will also manage inventory supplies and monitor the monthly maintenance budget, all while providing exceptional customer service.
