The position provides guidance and leadership to the Maintenance team and is responsible for maintaining, repairing and cleaning areas/equipment and to assist other trade mechanics in their duties to ensure a safe, and well-maintained hotel.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels.
Ability to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred.
1+ year's Maintenance experience, and/or 1+ years hotel experience preferred.
