Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking a customer‑service–driven Maintenance Supervisor who brings positivity, professionalism, and strong leadership to our community. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and communication skills, along with extensive hands‑on maintenance experience. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of five years in the apartment industry and five years of supervisory experience in maintenance.

Requirements

Positive customer‑service attitude
Ability to work Monday through Friday
On‑call rotation required
Some weekend and holiday availability
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
HVAC and CPO certifications (required)
Minimum of five years in the apartment industry
Five years of supervisory experience in maintenance

Responsibilities

Fulfill service requests promptly and professionally
Complete apartment punch work and prepare units for move‑ins
Maintain grounds and enhance curb appeal
Perform general plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Execute drywall repairs and general maintenance tasks
Oversee preventive maintenance to minimize property expenses
Train, supervise, motivate, and direct maintenance personnel
Ensure safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained living environments
Represent Pedcor Homes with professionalism toward residents, coworkers, and the public
