As we continue to grow, we seek a Trades Supervisor on our 3rd shift who will spearhead initiatives to improve maintenance processes, team performance, and operational efficiency across our manufacturing facility. 3rd shift 9:00 pm - 6:00 am. Who You Are: A dedicated Maintenance Supervisor with substantial experience in maintenance and electronic programs. You possess strong leadership and communication skills, effectively managing maintenance technicians and ensuring optimal plant operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance and electronic program management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and train a team of maintenance technicians.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and electronic programs, ensuring efficient plant machinery operation.
- Manage, train, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians.
- Implement and maintain compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Lead daily team member engagement meetings and ensure proper training for new team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
