About The Position

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team and ensure the community is well-maintained and visually appealing. Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily work of maintenance technicians and grounds staff. Performing inspections and preventative maintenance. Preparing vacant units for occupancy. Managing curb appeal, landscaping, and snow removal. Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Providing emergency support after hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in varied physical conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC/EPA certification a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
