About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure our facility, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels at coaching and developing technicians.

Requirements

3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, facilities, or a related field
1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Experience with CMMS systems
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of HVAC, PLCs, hydraulics, or industrial automation
Experience in lean manufacturing or reliability‑centered maintenance
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians in daily tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs
Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to reduce downtime and support production goals
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and equipment history
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve equipment issues
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements
Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of parts and supplies
Respond to emergency maintenance needs and coordinate corrective actions
