Partner with the best As an Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating maintenance operations across facilities. The role involves leading a team, implementing maintenance schedules, handling emergency repairs, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. As an Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED ; technical certification, vocational training, or associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical systems preferred (Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA safety, HVAC, electrical) are a plus )
  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision, facilities management, or related field
  • Medium to high physical activity may be , including site inspections and repairs. Occasional evening or weekend callouts for emergency maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills for overseeing teams and operational processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address unexpected issues and technical complications.
  • Solid technical knowledge of building systems, equipment operations, and maintenance procedures.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, planning, and managing inventory.
  • Competence with computer systems and maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily building or mechanical systems maintenance operations.
  • Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment
  • Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify needed maintenance and repairs
  • Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and trades staff
  • Delegate and review tasks; ensure work is completed in a timely and safe manner
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair situations; ensure all applicable safety procedures are followed
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing
  • Working in facilities, industrial, or commercial buildings
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations
