- Full‑time availability and reliable on‑call responsiveness
Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance operations and service request coordination
- Preventative maintenance programs and safety standards
- Vendor scheduling, oversight, and quality control
- Unit turns, inspections, and overall property upkeep
- Training, guidance, and support for maintenance team members
