Anticipate, identify, and resolve property issues promptly. Oversee maintenance tasks and staff performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and other regulations. Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections. Handle minor repairs and maintenance on various equipment and systems. Manage inventory and spare parts. Assist in grounds upkeep and cleanliness. Report major repairs and requisitions to management. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in on-site property maintenance
  • Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
  • CPO Certification
