About The Position

Rome Grinding Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure appropriate action is taken to maintain and advance various departments and facilities regarding productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance tools such as hoists
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable working in an environment with regularly changing conditions
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, machining, or welding
• Experience with facility or manufacturing maintenance
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic mechanical skills

Responsibilities

• Material handling and management
• Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations
• Maintaining all machinery to ensure it's at working standards
• Creating and implementing maintenance procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, parking lots, flags, and outbuildings
• Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates
• Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs
• Contacting vendors regarding maintenance issues and repairs
