The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel. Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues Assist with training hourly maintenance associates Additional reasonable duties as required.

Requirements

A positive attitude and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to change
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required

Nice To Haves

Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
