Requirements

  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
  • have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
  • must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).

  • experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property.
  • perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
