About The Position

Chelten House Products, Inc. is a fourth-generation, family-owned, food industry manufacturer with facilities in Swedesboro, New Jersey. We are an industry leader widely recognized for our commitment to creating the finest tasting pasta sauces, salad dressings, salsas, ketchups, and other sauces and blends.

We need a Maintenance Supervisor who is responsible for driving activities in the maintenance department, specifically, directing the efforts of maintenance personnel to support production and repairs.

Requirements

• Maintenance leadership as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Fr
• Utilization of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Maintenance planning/scheduling of work orders and maintenance resources
• Organized, leadership, strong mechanical skills, computer skills with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Support all facets of production support
• Conduct repairs when production is completed
• Manage the maintenance staff 7-8 technicians
• Maintain staff efforts throughout the day, ensuring staff remain productive and engaged
• Prioritize, issue, and assign work orders
• Conduct weekly reviews of work orders
• Responsible for labor budget and minimizing
• Approve time clock punches, vacations, coverage for vacations, and managing call outs
