About The Position

Your Opportunity as the Maintenance Supervisor ~internally this role is titled Technical Leader Location: Topeka, KS manufacturing plant Work Arrangements: 100% on-site typical schedule: 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday willingness to work additional hours and have shift flexibility to meet needs of the business Reports to: Dry Operations Department Manager In this role you will: Provide problem solving expertise and root cause analysis to Operations Implement effective predictive and preventative PM programs Lead, coach, and develop planning and reliability team; as well as operations technical resources Ensure technical documentation, PMs, and spares for department equipment and systems are identified and in place Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical resources within department Manage technical budget and execute savings projects What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma 3 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience teaching and leading others Strong technical and mechanical ability, including problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: Prior experience in manufacturing; plus if in food manufacturing (human and / or pet) Project management experience Prior experience managing a budget A degree in Engineering Bachelor's degree The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together. Requirements

  • High school diploma
