The Maintenance Supervisor (Nights) is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations during the night shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all machinery, equipment, and facility systems operate effectively and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to support production goals and maintain a safe working environment. Hours are 5:00 pm to 2:00 am Monday through Friday. Hours may vary due to business need.
