You will manage vendor relationships with OEM and outside service providers, ensuring compliance with Management of Change (MOC) and Safety Contract Management (SCM) processes while coordinating service delivery. You will oversee work order management through Corrigo and Maximo systems, prioritizing preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor projects to meet customer needs and KPI metrics. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control systems on critical lab equipment, providing technical guidance and hands-on support to resolve complex maintenance issues. Additionally, you will deliver Fast Response reporting for customer disruptions, coordinate weekend and holiday shutdown planning through the Interruption Process, and collaborate with Department Leads and Plant Engineering. You will support Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) and Business Plan Development (BPD) processes while driving continuous improvement in Total Productive Maintenance metrics and operational excellence.
