About The Position

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Working knowledge of industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and preventive maintenance systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Leadership and team development skills Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA) Proficient with maintenance software/CMMS systems preferred Reliable with a strong work ethic   Job Duties: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team in a manufacturing facility Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facility systems Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues and provide technical guidance to technicians Install, align, and ensure proper commissioning of new or upgraded equipment Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff performance Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment   Benefits: Paid holidays Vacation time Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans 401k retirement plan with company match Overtime available 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm

Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
