Maintenance Supervisor needed for 300 unit, Class A Apartment Community - Chapel Hill, NC.. EPA and CPO Certifications are required. Working Supervisor position with on-call rotation. Team Leader with excellent Customer Service skills. Renovation experience is preferred. Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Competitive pay, commissions and benefits.
