About The Position

Arboreal Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead the operations of residential buildings in Spokane. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and a passion for maintaining high-quality housing.
You’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and play a key role in ensuring our residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in multifamily or older buildings.
• Strong skills in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort with basic tech tools (e.g., digital work order systems, Excel).
• A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across residential properties.
• Perform hands-on maintenance work with a focus on unit turns.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with property manager to prioritize repairs and capital improvements.
• Communicate directly with residents in a respectful, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
• Occasionally assist nearby properties as part of a collaborative team.
