Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• HVAC experience (EPA Type II or Universal required)
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service
• Reliable transportation and personal tools

Nice To Haves

• CPO certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Manage service requests and make-ready units efficiently
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing standards
• Train and supervise maintenance team members and vendors
• Handle after-hours emergencies and maintain strong communication with residents
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
