Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Coral Gardens, a 118 unit community located in the heart of Phoenix. We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional who is organized, hands on, and ready to hit the ground running on day one. This role requires someone who takes ownership of the property, manages the maintenance technician effectively, and communicates clearly with the Community Manager and office staff to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • A highly experienced maintenance professional who knows multifamily housing
  • Someone who is truly well rounded in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
  • A leader who can manage people, time, and priorities without micromanagement
  • Strong communication skills and a team first mindset
  • Organized, dependable, and accountable
  • Must have tools on hand and be ready to work
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating with management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day to day maintenance operations for the community
  • Lead, schedule, and support the onsite maintenance technician
  • Ensure unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance are completed timely and correctly
  • Maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with the Community Manager and office staff
  • Track work orders, inventory, vendors, and priorities in an organized manner
  • Respond to on call and emergency maintenance needs as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local codes
