Join Our Team in the Prepared Foods Division as a Maintenance Supervisor! As a Maintenance Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance, including leading and directing maintenance technicians. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to implement maintenance policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior related Industrial maintenance experience; 3+ years of experience as maintenance lead or supervisor role preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal communication, with the ability to listen, understand, and articulate ideas effectively. Strong written communication skills for clear expression and comprehension of ideas and concepts.
  • Computer Skills: Basic PLC experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained and motivated team.
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment.
  • Quickly assess issues to minimize production downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance staff understand and follow SQF Quality Management policies, procedures, and GMP practices.
