About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading the maintenance team in day-to-day technical operations, specifically production line maintenance, equipment, preventative, and utility maintenance ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery. Assist with leading the preventative maintenance process, defining processes, driving improvements and achieving KPI targets. Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Plant team to get resolution. Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment through both hands-on support and team leadership Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures. Build relationships with frontline team members to help create and maintain a positive work environment. Provide day to day leadership for maintenance team members. Effectively communicate safety, quality, technical and training issues to team. Address critical maintenance needs in the facility with urgency to minimize production interruptions. Escalate issues to the Maintenance Manager as needed. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION Associate degree in related field or two years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment. EXPERIENCE Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance.
