Requirements

must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
have reliable transportation
availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded)

Responsibilities

overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property.
perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
