About The Position

We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. Strong organizational, verbal and written communicative skills. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; grounds, curb appeal; general plumbing; general electrical; drywall repair; grounds and appliance repair. Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility required. Rotation weekend on call is also required. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience are required. HVAC certification is required. CPO Preferred. The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Apartment industry as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. Requirements

Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance.
Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience are required.

Responsibilities

To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community.
To present yourself and RBM Management in a professional manner and attitude toward coworkers, the residents and to the general public.
