Manage the Maintenance Technician team onsite at a location. Responsible for maintenance operations on all shifts at the plant. The operation includes parts inventory, PMs, repair and maintenance, and equipment improvements. Oversee the assembly of equipment as it arrives, maintain it through preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot production equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor: Measure and report on the effectiveness of maintenance activities and team member performance. Utilize SAP to manage parts. Maintain parts inventory to include ID of critical parts and safety stock levels, along with accuracy. Communicate job expectations and coach team members. Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project maintenance status. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. Attend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussions. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook. Conduct self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image. Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. Perform all other duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
