Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
  • Strong HVAC experience + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Skilled in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
  • Reliable transportation and basic tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
