The Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of maintenance and grounds at our property. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
- HVAC certified or willing to obtain certification
- CPO certified or willing to obtain CPO certification if pool maintenance is needed
- Basic Carpentry Skills
- Ability to work an on call rotation schedule
- Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Full oversite and accountability for maintenance team
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Delegate, address, and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring work orders are completed thoroughly and efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Maintain the overall appearance of the property
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests in Entrata.
- Effectively communicate with residents, property management, and leasing staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and a high level of resident satisfaction
