About The Position

Fore Property Company a privately held and growing national development and property management company, is looking for the best of the best in the industry to join our team as Maintenance Supervisor at our BRAND NEW class A apartment community coming soon in Kissimmee, FL. As a Maintenance Supervisor you will perform service duties, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees and vendors to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years multifamily maintenance experience required
Minimum of 2 years maintenance supervisor experience required
Must have experience with Lease up properties
Must have experience with new construction and punch lists
HVAC certification required.
Experience in pool systems and operations
Repair and maintenance skills, including painting/drywall, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical
Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally
Valid driver’s license and insurance
