This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The position is for a BTR/Single-Family Property in the Lease Up stage. Responsibilities include assisting with and completing work orders from resident requests, performing routine upkeep, overseeing and completing the “make-ready” process for vacant apartment homes, developing standards for community appearance, periodically inspecting work performed by other service team members and contractors, maintaining adequate inventory of spare parts and materials, completing monthly preventative maintenance procedures, assisting the Community Manager in developing the budget for repair and maintenance and capital projects, supporting cost-cutting and expense control programs, conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings, and demonstrating customer service skills.
