Requirements

• Experience in apartment maintenance and team supervision
• HVAC Certification (Required)
• CPO Certification (Required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A steady, “let’s figure it out” attitude
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on daily maintenance duties and service requests
• Make sure apartments are ready, comfortable, and well cared for
• Keep the property looking sharp, clean, and welcoming
• Handle general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and drywall work
• Support, train, and guide the maintenance team
• Keep up with preventative maintenance to avoid costly issues
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and uphold Fair Housing guidelines
• Represent Ironwood Apartments with professionalism and kindness
