The shift includes working days, nights, and weekends and must be flexible for scheduling
Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead efforts to ensure our residences and facilities run smoothly and safely every day. Your leadership will keep our spaces in top shape, from timely repairs to maintaining the highest quality standards. Success in this role means communicating clearly with your team and collaborating with leaders across departments.
Lead by example to create a positive, results-driven culture. Motivate, train, and hold team members accountable to help achieve rental program goals. Step in as needed to ensure the best service for owners and guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate.
• Four years' experience of basic maintenance training or work-related experience.
• Advanced understanding of electrical and plumbing.
• Basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry, and appliances.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of vocational trade or community college strongly preferred.
