This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The role involves assisting with and completing resident service requests, performing routine upkeep, and managing the "make-ready" process for vacant apartments. It also includes developing and maintaining cleanliness standards for the community's grounds and common areas, inspecting work by service team members and contractors, managing inventory, completing preventative maintenance, assisting with budget development for repairs and capital projects, and supporting cost-cutting initiatives. The supervisor is also responsible for conducting safety meetings, ensuring MSDS sheets are current, and maintaining compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. Customer service skills are essential for interacting with residents and team members, responding to complaints, and efficiently resolving work orders.
