Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and schedules.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses.
