Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
The Engineering Supervisor assists in leading the resort maintenance/technical staff to effectively maintain resort facilities, equipment, and property. The Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the resort is maintained safely and efficiently by effectively coordinating maintenance and technical service staff. They assist in the implementation of maintenance plans while considering operational and budgetary constraints. They Supervise overall activities of the maintenance staff as directed by the Engineering Manager, keeping the team focused on customer service with an emphasis on maintaining the proper operation and appearance of the resort.
