About The Position
The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a hands-on working Maintenance Supervisor at Margeaux Metairie Apartments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- HVAC certified is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years supervisory experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance duties
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
