That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead Wrenfield's property maintenance team and ensure our community is running at its best. Wrenfield is a 300-unit community, where contemporary design, natural beauty, and Madison’s vibrant energy come together. As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of property maintenance, while leading a team to deliver excellent service to our residents.

Requirements

3–5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (multi-family preferred).
Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.

Nice To Haves

HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders, and ensuring quality standards.
Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.
Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies.
Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning.
