About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity, quality through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.
