Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, supervising onsite staff, and ensuring the property meets company standards for safety, appearance, and performance. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead by example.

Requirements

• EPA Certification required
• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Proven leadership experience managing a team
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
• Assign and manage daily work orders, unit turns, and emergency repairs
• Assist with performance management and team development
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ensure property grounds, common areas, and units are well-maintained
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate vendors and capital improvement projects
• Manage work orders, inventory, and purchase orders
• Submit weekly maintenance reports
• Support property inspections and compliance requirements
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations
