Community Eldercare Services (CES) is looking for an Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team! Maintenance Supervisor duties include but are not limited to: Ensure the building(s), equipment, and utilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently Demonstrate visible commitment to the CES mission, vision, and values while promoting collaboration and teamwork Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs within 24 hours when possible Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, service requests, and work in progress Plan, prioritize, and complete maintenance projects efficiently Manage maintenance budgets, supplies, and inventory Perform repairs including painting, structural repairs to masonry and woodwork, drywall repair, and furnishings maintenance Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and grounds Complete grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weed removal, leaf disposal, and seasonal upkeep Perform and maintain proper floor care maintenance Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies as needed Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications and standards Study production schedules and estimate labor hours for project completion Establish and adjust work procedures to meet timelines Coordinate and manage outside repair, maintenance, and construction services Other duties as assigned At Community Eldercare Services (CES), our core values include: COMPASSION HONESTY ACCOUNTABILITY RELATIONSHIPS TRUSTWORTHINESS At Community Eldercare Services (CES), we make meaningful connections with residents, families, the communities we serve, and fellow team members every day.
