About The Position

Corpus Christi Catholic School is seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor for an immediate opening. The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on position that oversees, supervises, and assists with all aspects of facilities maintenance and maintenance/custodial staff for the school.

Requirements

• Candidate must successfully complete a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment Training.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and monitors maintenance/custodial staff in general custodial and maintenance tasks
• Coordinates all vendors/contractors regarding campus maintenance and security.
• Establishes daily work assignments.
• Ensures facility set-up for school events.
• On call for security monitoring
• Ensures coordination and communication both internally and externally
• Performs routine repairs/maintenance
• Maintains a cost-effective inventory of supplies within budgetary guidelines.
