What We Offer: Competitive pay + monthly & quarterly bonuses Annual raises based on performance Generous PTO & paid holidays Full medical, dental & vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Supportive, team-oriented work environment What Youll Do: Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities Respond to service requests and turn units efficiently Lead and train maintenance and grounds staff Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing) Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budget Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies What Were Looking For: 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required Skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs CPO certification and pool maintenance experience a plus High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation and basic tools Strong communication and leadership skills Ready to grow your career with a company that has your back? Requirements

  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
  • Skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation and basic tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • CPO certification and pool maintenance experience
