Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred
  • Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
  • Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date
