About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the charge in keeping our community running smoothly and our residents happy! This is a hands-on working role —you'll be diving into work orders, turns, grounds, snow removal, and more.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (1+ year in multi-family preferred)
• Supervisor experience managing 1+ employees
• EPA certification REQUIRED
• HVAC Certification REQUIRED
• CPO certification PREFERRED
• A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
• Pre-employment drug & criminal screening required
